while we were in town last weekend we also were able to stop by and see our good friends Jeremy, Kim and Miss Madi and this is big man trying out Madi's horse - we were also fortunate enough for Kim to do Letson's 9 month pics for me and I just got them in the mail today and i must say they are awesome - Thanks a million Kim - anyone interested can check out my link to Unique Expressions by Kim - she is really awesome!!!! 9 months:(!

We went to the 9 month checkup today and my baby boy was so tough. He didn't even cry when they pricked his finger but when he got his shots it was a different story but didn't last long and was all better once I picked him up- and as you can tell fom the pics above they haven't slowed him down any this afternoon. His stats were a whopping 21 lbs and he was 28 1/4 inches long and I can't believe that the next time we go back my baby will be 1. He is getting so big and is a busy litlle bee playing all the time - he loves his toys. He can say ma-ma, da-da, bye-bye, yai-yai and his most recent is uh oh and it is precious and of course lots of jibber jabber thrown in there. He also is really getting more into us reading to him lately, he has a few favorite books and there is one certain one that his Nana bought for him that we have to read every night. So a big kiss to Nana for the book.

Give me just a second momma - I'm trying to remember the name of that new toy I want!

little step back in time

I thought these turned out pretty cute - I have one more really cute pose but for some reason my scanner started acting up and it wouldn't let me scan it in but I'll try again later - these were taken the day he turned 8 months old so I'm a little behind. He will be 9 months old Monday - I can't believe it and really don't even like to think about it , he is growing up way too fast but - oh my gosh he is so fun and my life before him must have been pretty boring! Anyway we go to the doc on Tuesday for a checkup so I'll post all the stats on my handsome lil growing fella !!!!

That is the truth these days - I don't think it will be too much longer before he starts walking, he is fearless. We have already had a few little minor accidents but they tend to bother me alot more then him and he just keeps going and unfortunately I'm quite sure there will be more to come.(By the way thanks aunt jenny for the t- shirt and hat and other goodies)
