our day at the beach!

We spent the day at the beach today and had a blast, now that Letson is older he really enjoyed the beach and of course anyone who knows me knows I couldn't resist the photo op - so I hope all these pics don't bore you but of course I thought they were all precious and believe it or not I'm only sharing with you not even a fraction of what I took, I just couldn't help myself:)!

He is getting to be so big these days that he doesn't want to be held - he wants down in the floor in the middle of his toys to play - he has really gotton into his toys lately - I could sit and watch him for hours because it is so cute watching him work those sweet fat little hands.

7 months old.......WOW - what a 7 months!

I know I say it all the time but we never knew how much joy we could get from being parents to this little guy - I'm just amazed and sad that he is growing way too fast but WOW what a 7 months it has been - not a day goes by that we don't look at him and smile, realizing we are truly blessed!

on the move

Although he can't crawl quite yet he definitely can get around by means of scooting and rolling - it's pretty funny, i can walk out of the room for just a minute and come back and he will be across the room. I thought these pics were pretty funny of him under his swing, this is how I found him the other day and it looks like he's trying to fix it - maybe trying to make it go faster since he is totally bored with sitting in it these days. I'm sure that crawling is right around the corner so i'm trying to get ready for the chase.

I'm gonna get that camera one of these days...(real soon)!
